We are pleased to introduce the new 1 % Nitrobenzene Emulsifier, a newly formulated emulsifier for application in Nitrobenzene 20-40% in agriculture. Our emulsifier is formulated with superior performance in agrochemical formulations at an extremely low dosage of 1%. Our 1 % Nitrobenzene Emulsifier is an inoffensive white thick paste that gives no adverse effect on crops. It produces a thick homogeneous emulsion offering excellent consistency and enhanced appearance, with a long shelf life. The emulsion stays stable without separation for years and can easily be dispersed in water for foliar application. 

Usage Instructions:

1) Mix 20 Kg of Nitrobenzene with 1 Kg of Jet-One Emulsifier, stir well for 10-15 minutes, gradually add 80 liters of DM/RO water and keep stirring continuously for 15-20 minutes. The emulsion is now ready for packing.

2) Blend 40 Kg Nitrobenzene with 1 Kg Jet-One Emulsifier, stir well for 10-15 minutes, and then gradually add 60 liters of DM/RO water, stirring continues for 15-20 minutes. The emulsion is ready to pack.

Viscosity and active content can be changed based on the requirement of formulation by altering the amount of water or Jet-One.
