Our Jet- 8 Nitrobenzene Emulsifier is a white paste that ensures easy dispersion of Nitrobenzene in water or other carriers. The product is non-toxic and safe for crops, promising no harmful effects. With 1% of the emulsifier only, you could have a thick stable, and long-lasting emulsion resistant to separation after years for excellent shelf life as well as performance. With its aspect of ease of use and excellent dispersibility, it's perfect for foliar applications. 

Application Instructions:

1) Preparation of 20-40% Nitrobenzene solution: Mix 20 Kg of Nitrobenzene with 3-4 Kg of Jet-8 Emulsifier. Stir the mixture for 10-15 minutes. Then add gradually 80 liters of DM/RO water and continue stirring for another 15-20 minutes. The emulsion is now ready for packing.

2) For 40% Nitrobenzene solution, add 40 Kg of Nitrobenzene to 4 Kg of Jet - 8 Emulsifier, Stir for 10-15 minutes, and then slowly add 60 litres of DM / RO water with continuous stirring for 15-20 minutes. The Emulsion is now ready for filling.

You can modify viscosity and Active content by either increasing or decreasing the quantity of water or Jet-8 so that you can make variable formulations as per your requirement.
